Piedmont Park Engagement Session :: Chanel + Kenneth :: with Jen

We love when long distance friendships turn into love & Chanel + Kenneth’s love story is just that! In Chanel’s words “Kenneth and I have been together for years! We met at a summer job and learned we lived in the same neighborhood and he actually knew my brother! We lost contact but ended up working at the same job again the following summer. We built a friendship and spent the whole summer together. I left for college in Alabama that August but we stayed in contact. Kenneth even visited my freshman dorm that year! We created a really close friendship and bond through many long distance phone calls. We eventually started dating long distance and would “hang out” by getting on Netflix and hitting play on the same show or movie at the same time and stay on the phone together! Haha When he graduated in 2017, he moved to Alabama so we didn’t have to be long distance while I was still in school. He has made plenty of sacrifices like supporting me while I am in school and leaving his family in GA to be with me in Birmingham. He is my best friend and I cannot wait to marry him!”
