Describe how you felt right before you walked down the aisle :: My brother walked me down the aisle, so it was really special to be back there with him thinking about all the moment meant. There was so much anticipation. I couldn’t wait for the doors to open and to walk to Jamey at the end of the aisle to say our vows. I have had people tell me that when you lock eyes with your groom it feels like no one else is in the room. I was pretty nervous about being the center of attention and not tripping (ha!)- so I didn’t think there was any way that would be true for me- but it 100% was! As soon as I saw him I felt extremely excited and peaceful at the same time.
What is the one moment from your wedding day you want to remember 10 years from now :: I specifically remember looking around the reception, taking in the moment, and wishing the evening never had to end! All of our favorite people were gathered in one place looking so joyful- dancing, catching up, laughing, and many wearing ridiculous glow sticks and top hats. It made me feel incredibly thankful for the relationships we have built over our lives and excited for all that is to come as husband and wife!
One word that describes your wedding :: Joyous.
Betsy + Jameson, we love you both so much!! Congrats. xoxo
